Strong financial acumen, including investment analysis, financial planning, and an understanding of business economics Strategic planning skills with a focus on innovation and long-term growth Experience in engineering, scientific research, technology, or business consulting is highly advantageous Excellent communication and decision-making abilities Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a leadership team remotely Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Proven experience in a leadership or shareholder role is beneficial
