Internship Overview OrcHire seeks a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to support digital marketing efforts. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals passionate about visual communication in a dynamic, learning-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Design impactful digital marketing posts for social media and digital platforms. Collaborate with the Founder and the Digital Marketing team to translate strategies into engaging visuals. Develop graphics for candidate profiles and client presentations, maintaining consistency with the brand’s visual identity. Contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and projects. Remain updated on current design trends to ensure innovative content.

Required Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of experience in graphic design (internships, freelance, or related roles). Proficiency with Figma and other relevant design tools. Understanding of fundamental design principles: color theory, typography, and layout. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines. Effective communication and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with digital marketing design trends and strategies. Willingness to learn new tools and receive feedback constructively.
