Motion Designer

Design specialist in animation, editing, motion graphics, sound design, and AI-driven content creation for web, social, and digital platforms Salary : 14-18 LPA Location - Remote This role combines design craft with technical curiosity, including the use of emerging AI tools, to push the boundaries of how we engage consumers worldwide.The Motion Designer reports to the Senior Art Director and works on the Creative Team in close partnership with Brand Marketing teams. Responsibilities • Create and edit motion graphics, animation, and video content with integrated sound design for social, web, and global campaigns. • Explore and integrate new approaches to content using emerging AI tools for motion, editing, and storytelling. • Move the brand forward with great ideas and compelling content that connects with audiences. • Collaborate with Creative, Brand Marketing, and Digital Activation teams to deliver consistent brand expression. • Maintain brand voice and design standards across all platforms. Requirements •

4-year

degree or equivalent professional experience in Motion Design, Media Arts, or related field. • Strong portfolio showcasing animation, editing, and sound design. • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Audition, and related design tools. • AI content creation skills are required (e.g., Veo 3, Runway, MidJourney, other emerging platforms). • Experience with animation principles, audio-visual synchronization, and storytelling. • Curious, adaptable, and eager to experiment with new creative technologies.
