data-obsessed, aggressive, high-level media buyer

who lives and breathes performance marketing. If you’re not addicted to scaling, optimization, and winning — this is not for you.

Who You Are

• Obsessed with data, optimization, and beating metrics • Lives on Facebook/Google updates and new platform changes • A-type, competitive, execution-driven • Fluent English (if you claim it and don’t have it, you’re out) • Can operate at high speed in a US-time-zone environment

Requirements

•

Must have managed $5,000+ per day in spend

(FB and/or Google) • Must be fluent in English — real fluency • Must be willing to work

US hours • Must understand direct-response fundamentals and why people convert

Huge Bonus

(Not required but major advantage)

• Experience on

Roku, CTV, DSPs, or YouTube TV • Experience scaling video-based performance campaigns

Compensation

$1,000 USD/month base Performance bonuses tied to results Top performers will earn significantly more.
