Job responsibilities:
1)
Market Understanding:
Knowledge of Micro Market of the territory, prospect base, ecosystem (Employment exchanges, third party employers, non-organized sectors, tier-3 colleges, Alumni base, etc )
2)
Enquiry Generation:
Conduct multiple activities in Employment exchanges, colleges to an extend though limited, Job fairs, reaching out to unorganized sector work force within the location or outside location.
Engage effectively with Graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation.
Relationship building with all Stake holders to generate database of eligible candidates
Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generations
Create and expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month
Activity management end to end, generate database of eligible candidates, Extensive telephone calling on prospects/database to generate walk-in, making presentation to them, convincing them to take up the course and pay training fees, convince them to take up opportunity in sales role
3)
Admission Process:
Ensure correct and full course information is shared with the students
Ensure students admission process is followed
4)
System Updating & daily Reporting:
Update system regularly
Daily activity reporting
Contribute to Batch occupancy and Batch launch
