Role Overview As a Quality Assurance (QA) team member, you’ll ensure reliability, usability, and performance of EHS software. Responsibilities include identifying bugs, testing features, collaborating with developers and support staff to maintain high product standards.

Responsibilities

Become an expert in several web-based software products.

Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing on bug fixes and feature releases.

Document QA test findings and communicate with software developers.

Support existing customers over the phone and email on technical issues.

Maintain and update documentation in the online help system.

Qualifications

Experience with automated testing, especially Microsoft Playwright.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

3+ years’ experience providing client support for a technical product, preferably enterprise software.

Experience supporting third-party enterprise software.

Experience writing manual and automated test cases.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure DevOps.
