About AFS Labs AFS Labs is the new innovation division of Advanced Field Solutions, a leading field service management software provider operating across Ireland, the UK, Poland, and Spain. We are building next-generation AI tools for field service engineers — including multi-engine AI querying, automated reporting, device identification, and intelligent work-planning. Our customers will rely on these tools in real-world jobs, so accuracy and trust are essential. Your job is to make sure the AI outputs are correct, consistent, and reliable.

Role overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented AI QA & Product Validation Tester to join our AFS Labs team in Spain. This is not traditional software testing — it is a human-in-the-loop AI validation role.

You will: Test and validate AI-generated answers Compare outputs across multiple AI engines (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Build confidence scoring frameworks Document edge cases, safety risks, and required follow-ups Work closely with developers to ensure reliable, predictable AI behaviour

Essential skills: Sharp analytical and critical-thinking ability Very strong written English Exceptional attention to detail Natural scepticism toward AI output Ability to think like a customer Strong communicator Able to work independently in a small team
