Job Description
We’re looking for a practical, organised, and hands-on team player to join our flooring business as a Warehouse Manager. This pivotal role acts as the hub between our project managers, installers, and clients — ensuring materials, scheduling, and communication all run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations — ordering, receiving, and preparing materials
Coordinate installers and project deliveries
Liaise with clients to confirm readiness and smooth installations
Assist with deliveries and supplier pickups when required
Cut and prepare carpet and vinyl jobs prior to installation
A Typical Day Might Include:
Morning: Preparing and loading materials for installers, reviewing project plans
Mid-morning: Checking in with installers, arranging materials or supplier pickups
Midday: Completing administrative tasks such as ordering consumables, reconciling inventory and scheduling.
Afternoon: Preparing materials and plans for the next day’s projects and contacting clients to confirm readiness

Measure Square Estimating Software
Increase Flooring Product Knowledge
Basic Understanding of Floor Plans
About You:
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with some manual handling (lifting up to 20kg-30kg)
Clear communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Reliable, proactive, punctual and team-oriented
7:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Personal office and phone/allowance provided
Vehicle provided during business hours
