We are looking for an experienced

Sourcing Team Leader

who specializes in

channel partner sourcing

within the

Central Mumbai real estate market . The ideal candidate should have a strong network of channel partners/brokers and proven experience in handling and guiding a sourcing team. This role is focused on driving

channel partner activations, relationship building, and lead flow generation —not land acquisition or redevelopment. Key Responsibilities: ·

Build, nurture, and expand a strong

channel partner network

across Central Mumbai. ·

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sourcing Managers to achieve monthly activation and lead targets. ·

Drive consistent channel partner engagement through visits, meetings, and relationship management. ·

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and closure support. ·

Track team performance, field activities, and partner pipeline updates. ·

Ensure growth in channel partner productivity and market penetration. Candidate Requirements: ·

4–8 years of experience in

channel partner sourcing

in real estate. ·

Strong and active channel partner/broker network in Central Mumbai. ·

Proven team handling and leadership abilities. ·

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. ·

Ability to manage field activities and drive results through team coordination.
