NTT DATA is seeking a motivated and capable

IT Infrastructure Engineer

who combines

solid technical foundations

with a

strong interest in growing toward Project Management or Service Delivery leadership

roles. This position offers

direct involvement in infrastructure operations

for international clients, with a clear career path toward

coordination, planning, and project delivery roles

—supported through hands-on mentoring.

The role is based within a dynamic Infrastructure Services environment and is ideal for a junior to mid-level profile with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities Operate and support virtualized environments

(e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), including lifecycle management and troubleshooting. Configure and administer Windows Server and/or Linux systems

(installation, patching, tuning, monitoring). Support deployment and operational readiness of

OpenShift / Kubernetes

environments. Help maintain and improve

storage

(SAN/NAS) and

backup solutions

(e.g., Veeam, Commvault). Contribute to technical documentation, operational knowledge bases, and standard operating

procedures. Collaborate with engineers, operations, and security teams to

troubleshoot incidents and contribute to technical delivery tasks. Participate in the

execution of infrastructure projects,

including upgrades, migrations, rollouts, or changes. (Growth track)

Support the Project Manager or Team Lead with coordination activities

Requirements Availability to travel for short periods of time. You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality is required).
