Ogilvy is looking for a part-time
Marketing Analytics Director
to lead data-driven insights and performance optimization across our marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Build dashboards, reports, and measurement frameworks.
Analyze performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, Email, CRM, Social.
Lead attribution, segmentation, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC tracking.
Provide strategic insights to improve campaign performance.
Ensure accurate tracking and data governance.
Requirements:
5+ years in marketing/performance analytics.
Strong skills in GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau/Power BI, SQL.
Deep understanding of attribution & marketing metrics.
Excellent communication and business insight.
Remote, part-time availability.
