Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in Thane. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Additionally, the role may involve employer branding, overseeing onboarding processes, and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure alignment with company needs and culture.
Qualifications
Experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Sourcing.
Proficiency in Interviewing, Screening, and assessing candidates for various roles.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple job requisitions effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in the events or entertainment industry is an advantage.
