Salary band: up to 6 LPA – 8 LPA (based on experience and fitment)
Exp: 2 Years – 5 years
Location: Malad, Mumbai (Work-from-Office)
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other
relevant platforms.
• Drive performance outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions, revenue growth).
• Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across search, display, shopping, video, and paid social.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, identify growth opportunities, and ensure budget efficiency.
• Work closely with creative/content teams to align ad messaging with performance goals.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for scaling campaigns.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ad platforms.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing.
• Direct experience managing budgets of nearly ₹1 Cr+ per month.
• Strong background in e-commerce, retail, or real estate campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and other performance tools.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
