Role Overview As a

Sales Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of driving organization's growth — helping business owners experience how AI can transform their sales. You’ll lead end-to-end sales cycles: from discovery and demos to closure and account expansion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in

field sales, understands SME behavior , and can communicate the value of technology with simplicity and conviction.

Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new SME clients across key business categories (Furniture, Apparel, Jewelry, etc.) Conduct demos to showcase company's AI-powered solutions for product presentation and demand generation Build and manage a strong sales pipeline — from lead generation to closing deals Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions and packages Manage renewals, upselling, and customer success to maximize retention Collect market intelligence and feedback to refine product positioning and go-to-market strategy Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience

Ideal Candidate Experience in

B2B, SaaS, or SME sales

(especially in tech, marketing, or automation solutions) Strong communication and negotiation skills — ability to explain tech in simple business language Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments Demonstrated success in field sales / closing deals independently Prior experience selling to

SMEs, retailers, or local business owners

is a strong plus Passion for technology, AI, and how it’s changing the way businesses grow
