Business Development Executive
whose primary responsibility will be to
generate and qualify high-quality leads exclusively in the US market . This role involves conducting initial outreach, engaging in preliminary qualification meetings, and handing over warm leads to the internal team for further development.We are seeking individuals who have a
proven track record in selling IT services β in the areas of custom software development, web and mobile app development, AI, and digital transformation. You will be working remotely, with the requirement to operate in
US time zones
for maximum effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Identify and engage prospective clients in the US through channels like cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and community engagement.
β’ Conduct
initial discovery calls
to assess lead quality and qualify potential fit based on predefined criteria.
β’
Schedule and hand off qualified leads
to Unicoβs business team for further nurturing and closure.
β’ Research target accounts, understand industry needs, and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
β’ Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring all lead activities are documented and updated in real-time.
β’ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
β’ Consistently meet and exceed lead generation KPIs and quality benchmarks.
Required Qualifications:
β’
Minimum 3+ years of experience
in B2B lead generation or business development, specifically in
software development agencies
(mandatory).
β’ Proven success in qualifying leads and contributing to sales pipelines up to
$1M USD annually .
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with
neutral, clear, and articulate English .
β’ Demonstrated ability to build rapport with US-based clients and navigate discovery conversations professionally.
β’ Proficiency in using CRM and outreach tools.
β’ Strong self-discipline, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
β’ Willingness and availability to work during
US business hours .
