Hiring: Assistant Store Manager — Cox Town, Bangalore

We’re looking for an Experience Host who loves the rhythm of a café — the greetings, the regulars, the small moments that make a neighbourhood bakery feel alive. As an Assistant Store Manager at Bäcker & Charlie, you’ll support daily service, help set the tone on the floor, and work closely with our baristas and kitchen teams to keep things flowing smoothly. You don’t need years of experience — just heart, curiosity, and the desire to grow into a leadership role.

What you’ll do:

• Help manage service, POS, stocking & shift routines • Coordinate between kitchen + counter for seamless service • Build genuine guest relationships • Stay calm, kind, and steady during busy hours

You’re a great fit if: • You have 6 months–1 year of café/service experience • You love people and hospitality • You’re organised, reliable, and quick on your feet • You’re excited to grow with a young, creative brand
