Role Overview The Head of Institutional Sales will drive strategic business growth by leading institutional client acquisition, managing key relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint across large corporates. This role requires a proven leader with deep insurance domain knowledge, strong business development skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications & Experience Education:

Graduate/MBA preferred (Specialization in Finance, Marketing, or Insurance). Experience:

10–15+ years in institutional/corporate insurance sales, preferably in broking or insurance companies. Strong understanding of General Insurance, Employee Benefits, Risk Advisory, and Corporate Product Lines. Proven track record of revenue achievement and large account acquisition.
