Senior Business Analyst - UK-Wide (Remote)

Lead the delivery of complex Microsoft Dynamics projects across CRM, ERP, and data domains, while mentoring project teams and driving continuous improvement.

Role

• Support PMO leadership and deputise for the Head of PMO when required
• Champion cross-functional collaboration across CRM and ERP delivery teams
• Own and enhance PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards
• Act as a subject matter expert and role model in project delivery excellence

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value Dynamics projects across CRM, ERP, Data, and Workplace domains
• Manage project budgets, risks, issues, and change control with full accountability
• Lead pre-sales activities including bids, demos, and tender support
• Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality expectations through structured methodologies

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years delivering Dynamics projects with experience in programme and portfolio management
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen
• Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Certified in project management frameworks (Prince2, APM, MSP, Scrum Master)
