What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide technical leadership and partner with engineers to enhance methodologies and technology stacks

Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, building, testing, and delivering high-quality solutions

Create large-scale data processing pipelines for machine learning algorithm development

Collaborate within a team-oriented environment, valuing diverse ideas and cross-functional partnerships

Innovate by trying new approaches, contributing ideas, and ensuring end-to-end delivery accountability

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on machine learning products or solutions

Proven experience leading technical workstreams within a software engineering organization

Proficient in Python software development and familiar with the Python data science stack

Demonstrated adaptability in managing and delivering high-quality results in dynamic environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience integrating machine learning solutions into production-grade software

Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks such as Named Entity Recognition (NER) and Information Retrieval

Hands‑on experience with additional programming languages such as Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript

Understanding of ModelOps and MLOps principles
