Purpose of the Role 360° products department is responsible for equipping our modular spaces with furniture, heating, fittings, homeware, etc. This line of business is planned to grow rapidly in the following 5 years so it is great time to join our journey and grow together! This permanent role is hybrid and based preferably in Marcignago (25 km from Milan). Please expect national and international business trips. Key responsibilities: Coordinate sales activities for small and medium-sized projects, ensuring full visibility and traceability of pipelines, and collaborate with technical, production, and procurement teams to optimize quality and compliance. Support the sales function and manage commercial resources dedicated to small projects, enabling Field Sales teams to focus on larger initiatives. Contribute to the development of 360° products and services in Italy, under the guidance of the Commercial Excellence Director and in alignment with Group leadership guidelines, working in close synergy with Business Managers (BM) and Bill of Materials (BOM) teams. Build strong relationships with international clients and partners, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure high-quality products and on-time delivery, in compliance with local and international regulations.

Role's scope and main tasks - Manage 360° KPI analysis (penetration rate, VRD/LRD/VRQ revenues, gross margin), prepare detailed reports with in-depth commentary, and monitor sales performance and market feedback to ensure competitiveness and growth; - Develop new integrated products and services, prepare commercial documentation and support suppliers; configure the NAV system, manage pricing, and coordinate market launches in line with company strategies; - Oversee inventory flow to ensure optimal minimum stock levels, manage purchasing negotiations with suppliers to avoid extra costs, and develop partnerships for leasing and financing solutions to be offered to clients; - Monitor and optimize production costs for key products, update price lists based on actual costs, and improve the quotation process to enhance the value proposition (layout, technical specifications, and optional features); - Organize periodic meetings with sales teams and provide specific training on products and services; support sales representatives in client negotiations, both during pre-sales and post-sales phases, to maintain high levels of satisfaction and quality; - Identify new market opportunities and clients across different geographical areas by analyzing market trends and competitors; - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and distributors, providing ongoing support and assistance.

Qualifications and Experience Strong English and good Italian language skills 10–15 years of progressive sales experience Proven people leadership experience Facility management experience Strong commercial and analytical mindset (skilled in cost and market analysis, introducing KPIs, etc.) Good understanding of international supply chain and marketing Background in construction/ rental/ automotive industry will be considered an advantage.
