Junior Financial Planning Analyst

This role is Hybrid-based in: Vimercate - Torri Bianche

Role Overview:

As a Junior Financial Planning & Analysis, you will provide essential financial support to management. You will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and profitability assessments of clients or business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance. - Analyze profitability across clients or business segments. - Contribute to the development of annual budgets for revenue and costs by client. - Provide input for monthly revenue forecasts by client. - Support meetings discussing monthly results and forecast expectations. - Assist in month-end closing processes. - Collaborate with the AR Team to set up billing contracts. - Assist in billing system entries and sending invoices. - Monitor and report on collections. - Perform ad hoc analysis. - Work efficiently with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 2-3 years of relevant financial experience preferred. - Proficient in financial tools, systems, and applications. - Advanced Excel skills. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work well in Team - Understanding and utilization of basic general ledger systems and software. - Experience in financial analysis and reporting. - Willingness to work a flexible schedule. - English at least B2 Level
