What You’ll Be Doing: Prospecting and connecting with Finance and Legal companies across Malta and more Cold calling and identifying new business opportunities in target markets Scheduling and attending meetings with clients as you grow into a full sales cycle role Contributing to our business growth and helping shape our presence in Malta and offshore Working closely with experienced leaders who will mentor and support your progression

What We’re Looking For: 1–5 years of outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C – insurance, finance, call centre agents, telecoms, SDR, BDR) A goal-oriented mindset and confidence in prospecting and phone-based outreach Ambition to grow into a long-term, strategic sales role Fluency in English Readiness to

relocate permanently to Malta (EU passport holders)
