I’m currently supporting a leading data centre delivery specialist as they strengthen their on-site leadership team. This role will play a key part in driving an industry-leading safety culture, ensuring compliance, and acting as a visible, client-facing EHS presence throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Leading all Environmental, Health & Safety activities on site Ensuring compliance with local legislation, project plans, and integrated management systems Developing and reviewing RAMS, permits to work, and safe systems of work Driving strong safety behaviours across all project disciplines Managing and mentoring the wider EHS team where required Delivering safety briefings, workshops, and awareness sessions Conducting site audits, inspections, and follow-up of corrective actions Managing hazardous substances, REACH assessments, and safety reporting They’re keen to speak with candidates who bring: A recognised EHS qualification Strong experience leading EHS on large-scale construction projects Proven ability to manage EHS teams and interface with clients Excellent knowledge of current EHS legislation and best practice A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills
