We are hiring a
Head of Sales
to lead and scale the commercial function at
Mediazione Italia S.r.l.
— a fast-growing digital agency focused on performance, automation, and scalable content systems.
This is a
hands-on leadership role
for someone who doesn’t just manage sales — but
drives revenue personally and builds a system around it .
What you will own
Full responsibility for
revenue and margin targets
Sales pipeline & CRM management
(structure, forecasting, reporting)
Closing high-value deals personally
Conversion rate optimization
across the funnel
Building and mentoring a
high-performing sales team
Direct collaboration with the
Founder
on growth strategy
Identifying
new market opportunities and scalable offers
What we’re looking for
1–2+ years as
Head of Sales / Sales Lead in an agency
Strong background in
selling services (not products)
Proven ability to
close high-ticket deals
Data-driven mindset
(KPIs, funnel metrics, CAC, conversion)
Experience in selling AI services.
Experience with
CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Languages:
Italian + English required | Russian is a strong plus
