If you have specific needs or require adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.For our Milan offices we are searching for a Legal operations specialist Reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal operations specialist will support the Legal/Corporate Affairs department in managing legal, corporate, and operational activities at both national and international levels. The role includes assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with vendors and franchisees, managing templates and compliance processes, as well as supporting the management of contracts, POAs, and monitoring tools.Main responsibilities and tasks:ITA/CorporateMaintaining postal authorizations and managing corporate documentation.Drafting and updating templates for corporate meeting minutes, coordinating with vendors in Italy, Spain, and France.Supporting the execution of Special Powers of Attorney (POAs) and other notarial/corporate activities.Entering and monitoring vendor invoices.Reviewing local shipping complaints against standard templates.WorldwideCoordinating with global insurance brokers on programs and claims.Project management of annual updates to Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) using tools such as Monday.Com.Supporting the creation and updating of Franchise Agreement templates, with legal guidelines.Preliminary review of Franchise Agreements and standard contracts against company templates.Coordinating with international vendors for trademark and intellectual property management, providing instructions and oversight.Managing exceptions in AML tools under legal supervision.Skills and experiences:University degree2–5 years of experience in law firms or in-house legal/corporate affairsBasic knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and legal compliance.Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, project management software, invoicing systems).Excellent command of EnglishAccuracy, confidentiality, and strong ethical standards.Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectivesBold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutionsWhat We Offer:A vibrant international environment in a continuously growing company, with many professional and personal development opportunitiesExtensive training and development opportunities within the groupA multicultural organizational structure and team.About FortidiaFortidia is the brand identity of MBE Worldwide S.P.A. - a company headquartered in Italy - and its affiliates.
