Service planner intern

What you will do As Service Planner Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will support the team in the following activities:

Monitor and manage supplier order portfolio status to ensure alignment with business requirements Support the implementation of the new Supplier Portal, including delivering training sessions to suppliers, verifying the negotiation status of schedule lines and ensuring alignment of goods in transit Update and maintain accurate ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) information for spare parts in shortage Monitor supplier delays and proactively follow up to mitigate supply chain risks

What you need to succeed

Student or neo graduate in Engineering, Economics or similar fields Fluent in both Italian and English (written, spoken and by phone). Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point)
