within the

Corporate Affairs & Financial Legal Advice Unit

of the

Legal & Corporate Affairs Department

with a direct reporting line to the head of the Team. Provide legal assistance to support the cross‑border offering of financial products and services from Italy to EU markets, with a specific focus on Germany. Deliver legal support on financial services, including: Drafting written opinions on financial legal matters and regulatory interpretation. Preparing and reviewing contracts and communications for retail clients concerning financial products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory guidance, and internal compliance requirements. Reviewing and negotiating EU financial agreements with market counterparties and contracts related to financial derivative transactions for retail clients.
