Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in

Saluzzo (CN) , is looking for an

Employer

Branding &

Communication Specialist .

Within the HR team, he/she will be responsible for internal and external communication activities across the entire Group (Italy + UK). In particular he/she will:

Draft and distribute Group newsletters and messages to support corporate culture. Manage and update the internal communication calendar. Support

internal campaigns and initiatives

with consistent messaging and materials that foster engagement and a sense of belonging among employees. Maintain internal communications and photographic archives. Create and update corporate and ad‑hoc

presentations . Produce content for

press releases ,

social media , and

websites . Develop

employer branding

strategies across all platforms (particularly LinkedIn and company website). Ensure that all internal and external content reflects the

Group’s values . Collaborate with the Sales, Product Management & Sustainability Departments to ensure communication is aligned with brand messages and strategic objectives. Manage media and stakeholder relations to strengthen the

Group’s reputation . Manage the calendar of internal and

public events . Organize and support the execution of

events and trade fairs .

Requirements

Excellent writing skills in both Italian and English. Excellent written and spoken

English proficiency . Strong knowledge of

digital platforms and social media . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or other Humanities-related fields. At least 3–5 years of experience in the communication field. Empathy, curiosity, organizational skills, and problem‑solving abilities.

Location :

Saluzzo (CN) on site, with frequent business trip to the UK plant.

Salary package:

will be defined based on actual experience, with an indicative range between € 30.000 and € 35.000.
