Order-to-Cash Manager The O2C Manager manages the order-to-cash financial cycle, ensuring accurate revenue management, compliance, and efficient SAP S/4HANA transition. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage O2C strategy, focusing on order management, invoicing, and collections. Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15, ASC 606) and OTC regulations. Lead O2C financial process redesign for SAP S/4HANA migration (SD, FSCM modules). Monitor financial KPIs (e.g., DSO, billing accuracy) and improve processes through automation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or CFA preferred. 7+ years of O2C experience ideally in consumer health, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals. Expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA; CRM experience a plus. Strong knowledge of financial compliance in OTC operations. Proven leadership and virtual team management skills.
