Communication Professional

**Location:** Remote (work from home), based in Le Marche, Italy (preferably Fermo, Ascoli Piceno, or Macerata provinces).

**About Us:** ERNESI 1978 is a boutique laboratory rooted in Le Marche, crafting high-performance natural skincare and liquid supplements with authentic Italian heritage. As a small TEAL team expanding internationally (primarily USA), we are seeking a dynamic communication expert to amplify our mission of genuine beauty and innovation.

**Role Overview:** This is a new position and the role can be shaped around the applicant’s profile if there is a strong match in terms of entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on high-energy, hands-on growth in a collaborative environment. Current needs to be covered span from social media management to creative direction, from communication strategy and execution to brand communication plan.

**Requirements:** - Education: Degree in Communication, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related—ideally from Accademia delle Belle Arti (Macerata), University of Camerino, or University of Teramo. - Skills: Fluency in English. Project Management. Proficiency with the digital world. Familiarity across different social media platforms and analytics. Video/film content creation a plus. - Mindset: Ambitious, proactive, hands-on; fresh graduates to ~35 years, with passion for Le Marche; willing to embrace challenges and travel internationally; not afraid of winning.
