CUSTOMER CARE INBOUND SETTORE TELEFONIA-POMEZIA

Customer Care Inbound Sector Telephonia-Pomezia Etjca S.p.a. – Etjca Group S.p.A., Divisione Contact Center & Customer Care – is recruiting for a dedicated Call Center Operator providing telephone assistance in an inbound telephonic context. No sales activity is involved. Immediate availability required.

Responsibilities

Provide telephone assistance for inbound calls.

Offers

Pre‑contractual in‑person training starting 12/01/2026 for about 10 days, 09:00–15:30. Upon satisfactory completion, contract regularisation will follow.

Initial fixed‑term contract via agency for one and a half months, with potential for early renewal.

Contractual level: CCNL Telecomunicazioni II livello (1489,42 € gross per full‑time – to be proportioned to 20 weekly hours).

Part‑time contract of 20 hours with the possibility of additional paid overtime.

Working hours: shifts from Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00 (working 5 days a week).

Location: Pomezia – on‑site work. After about 2 months of autonomy, one day per week will be available for smart working.

Requirements

Availability to work shifts.

High school diploma.

Good dialectic skills.

Disposition for telephone contact.

Good knowledge of basic computer tools (Excel, Office).

Strong motivation and results orientation.

Previous customer service experience.

Familiarity with inbound and customer care, empathy, flexibility, dynamism, and pro‑activity.
