Business Analyst / Controller

The Business Analyst will be supporting the CFO in financial planning, analysis, and strategic activities. The role helps management make informed decisions by providing clear financial reports, business analysis, and support on key projects.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare the annual budget, business plan, and regular forecasts. Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports. Perform variance analysis and highlight risks or improvement opportunities. Support financial closing activities and performance reviews. Analyze potential licensing agreements, M&A opportunities, and other contracts. Assess the financial impact of new business initiatives. Conduct cost-benefit analyses. Support contract preparation and related documentation. Create financial models and business reports for the CFO and CEO. Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, providing data and analysis. Prepare clear summaries and presentations for senior management. Support strategic projects and ensure alignment with company objectives. Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies.

Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Around 3 years of experience in business analysis, controlling, or financial analysis. Experience in Pharma or Biotech
