Join Multi-Wing as IT Supporter – Senago (Milan Area) Do you want to combine hands-on IT support with a global impact? At Multi-Wing, we are looking for an IT Supporter who thrives in a dynamic environment where local presence meets global collaboration.

You will be based in Senago, supporting our Italian sites around Milan, while at the same time playing an active role in our Group IT function – delivering support to colleagues across Europe and Asia.

This is not just a local support role. You will be part of a global IT team, working across borders, systems, and time zones.

Your Role

As our new IT Supporter, you will be the go-to person for IT on our Italian locations – ensuring smooth day-to-day operations – while also contributing to global support tasks and initiatives within Group IT.

You will join a multinational IT team and report to the Team Lead for IT Support & Digital Workplace in Czech Republic. Together, you will ensure stable operations and continuously improve the IT experience for our users worldwide.

What You’ll Do

Provide hands-on IT support to users across our locations in the Milan area

Deliver support to users across Europe and Asia

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network-related issues

Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments

Assist in managing Azure environments, users, and access rights

Contribute to device management through Intune

Support network operations (subnets, VLANs, switches, firewalls) Collaborate with colleagues in the Group IT team on improvements and projects

What You Bring

Solid experience with Microsoft 365 Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD

Experience with Azure environments (VMs, access, policies) Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, subnets) Familiarity with Intune and/or SCCM

Fluency in English (written and spoken) and communicative Italian xdwybme
