We’re looking for a
Junior Content Creator
with a strong passion for video. Someone who loves shooting, editing, experimenting with formats, and publishing content daily that people actually stop to watch.

ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries.
It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.
Now we need someone who can help us turn what we know into
high-impact video content
, daily.
You’ll transform product insights, data, behind-the-scenes moments, and industry trends into short-form videos that educate, entertain, and build authority.
We don’t want “corporate videos.”
We want scroll-stopping content.
Create and publish short-form videos (Reels / Youtube Shorts / TikTok-style / LinkedIn vertical) on a daily or near-daily basis.
Shoot high-quality video content (smartphone or camera), including:
Talking-head videos
Office & behind-the-scenes content
Event coverage
Edit videos with strong hooks, dynamic cuts, captions, subtitles, transitions, and trend-driven formats.
Study and replicate high-performing formats (hooks, pacing, storytelling structure, visual style).
Turn one core idea into multiple video variations for different platforms.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CEO to turn insights into engaging video narratives.
Maintain a simple but consistent content pipeline (weekly production planning).
Own the final output: quality, rhythm, clarity, brand tone.
Strong passion for video creation and editing.
Ability to shoot high-quality videos using smartphone or camera (framing, lighting, audio basics).
Hands-on experience editing short-form content for social platforms.
Comfort with a fast execution rhythm and daily publishing.
A practical mindset: test → publish → analyze → improve.
Good written and spoken English.
Editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar.
Basic graphic support tools (Canva / Figma).
AI tools for scripting, ideation, editing acceleration, voice cleanup, auto-captioning, etc.
Ability to adapt content to different platforms: LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
