Job Description Essential Responsibilities

Contribute with internal / external customers in defining and executing the certification plans for NPI and changes to fielded products ensuring the initial airworthiness Contribute to cross‑functional teams to improve or resolve manufacturing, suppliers', or field issues ensuring the continued airworthiness Contribute to cross‑functional teams in cost reduction, problem solving and quality initiatives Meet NPI milestones, meet on time delivery of internal/external customers' requests Prepare and present at Technical Reviews, collaborate with Airworthiness Authority and/or Industry working groups to defining the state of the art in Airworthiness and Certification to anticipate, develop and apply technology to current and future business opportunities Contribute to assessing the implication of the innovative technologies on the certification with focus on regulatory novelty and technology maturation Contribute to the Company Independent System Monitoring (ISM) during audit campaigns

Qualifications/Requirements

Master's Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or similar field Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements in EU (CS-E, CS-25, CS-27, CS-29) and EASA Part-21 / EMAR21 basic principles Basic knowledge of military certification process and regulatory standards (e.g. Def Stan) Knowledge of turbomachinery and rotorcraft and relevant design requirements Experience in a development program with engagement on certification aspects Never-ending learning attitude and a System thinking mentality Problem Solver Self‑directed and motivated Open mindset and strong attitude to work in team, solid interpersonal skills Capability to work in a dynamic and international environment Fluent in English and Italian Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Awareness of Regulatory Specifications in US jurisdiction (FAA /FAR) Familiarity with Regulatory and International Standards developed in aerospace industries Basic knowledge of design criteria Solid oral and written communication skills Passionate, curious, and enthusiastic for engineering challenges
