Partnerships & Cultural Collaborations Manager – International Partnerships

Xerjoff is seeking a

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations Manager

to lead and coordinate international collaborations across the worlds of

luxury, art, music, gastronomy and automotive culture . This role sits at the intersection of

creative industries and luxury fragrance , working with internationally recognised brands, artists and personalities to develop distinctive projects that reflect Xerjoff’s vision and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is a natural connector who understands both

luxury branding and the creative ecosystem of the UK and US markets , and who can manage complex collaborations from concept to launch. You will work closely with the CEO and internal teams to bring ambitious cross-industry partnerships to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage international collaboration projects with partners in the

UK and USA

- Build and maintain relationships with

artists, chefs, musicians, cultural figures and luxury brands

- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with Xerjoff’s creative vision

- Act as the key liaison between external collaborators and internal teams (marketing, product development, sales)

- Manage timelines, deliverables and budgets for partnership projects

- Support the CEO in managing strategic collaborations and high-profile initiatives

- Prepare presentations and progress reports for senior management

- Coordinate the drafting and management of partnership agreements in collaboration with legal teams

Profile

Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Minimum

2 years’ experience in partnerships, brand collaborations, or project management

within luxury, fashion, lifestyle or creative industries

- Familiarity with

UK and US markets and cultural environments

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent organisational xpavfwm and project management abilities

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

- Willingness to travel internationally during the year
