Engineering Manager (Utility-Scale Solar & BESS)Location: ItalyWe are recruiting an experienced engineering professional to support the origination and development of large-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across Italy. This is a senior technical role focused on engineering leadership, grid connection strategy, and early-stage project development, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to move projects from concept through delivery readiness.This opportunity suits someone who combines strong electrical engineering expertise with commercial awareness, stakeholder engagement capability, and the ability to manage complex project portfolios.The RoleYou will lead engineering design and grid connection activities during project origination and development, ensuring technical solutions are robust, compliant, and aligned with project objectives.
