Finance Operation Controller

As we continue scaling our structure and operations, we are strengthening our Finance function with a motivated and detail-oriented professional eager to grow within an international technology environment. The Financial Operations Associate will support the CFO in the execution and coordination of daily financial and administrative activities. This is a hands-on operational role suited to an early-to-mid career professional who wants to gain exposure across finance, reporting, and corporate administration in a fast-growing SaaS company. You will work closely with the CFO and external advisors, progressively taking ownership of operational finance processes as you develop in the role. Support daily cash flow tracking and basic bank reconciliations •

Coordinate with the external accountant on bookkeeping activities and periodic closings •

Monitor vendor invoices, payment deadlines, and basic cost allocation •

Corporate & Administrative Support •

Maintain and organize contracts and corporate documentation •

Track key administrative and compliance deadlines Help maintain clear financial procedures and documentation standards •

Coordinate payroll inputs and administrative HR-related documentation •

Provide support during specific projects (audits, funding processes, new entity setups) Support administrative coordination for foreign entities •

2–4 years of experience in audit, accounting, advisory, or in-house administration/finance •

Strong Excel skills and comfort handling financial data •

Fluent English Experience in a startup or technology company •

Direct exposure to the Finance leadership of a growing international SaaS company •

Structured path toward a Financial Operations Manager role •

Hybrid working model with Milan base
