Environment, Health and Safety Manager

About This Opportunity: This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across a complex industrial plant. He/She will be a member of the plant leadership team, acting as a key partner to the Plant Leader and the Regional EHS organization. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in EHS, industrial hygiene, engineering, or science 4–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Strong experience with ISO systems and regulatory compliance Demonstrated ability to engage employees and build safety culture Proven experience in risk reduction projects and action plan execution Experience in multinational environments is an advantage

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: At least 2-3 years’ experience in EHS leader role Experience in implementing training programs and SIF programs. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: High ethical standards and integrity Strong understanding of EHS law, sustainability, and industrial hygiene Self-starter with the ability to lead change and drive improvements Passion for coaching, collaboration, and team engagement Strong communication and influencing skills
