Financial Control Manager

For the Italian branch of a German international company operating in the industrial automation sector , we are looking for a Financial Control Manager

The role will support the management of accounting and financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting and acting as a key interface between the local organization, corporate finance and external accounting providers. Main Responsibilities Oversee accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial data Coordinate with external accounting providers and support monthly and yearly closings Prepare financial reports for local management and corporate headquarters Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable and payment processes Support budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls Support audit activities and liaise with external advisors Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance Solid knowledge of accounting principles Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office Experience in an international environment is a plus Fluent English (B2/C1) Based in Milan area.
