Who You Are (No Buzzwords - Just Truth)

You’re probably someone who: Gets bored of “just reporting” and wants to drive decisions Can jump from dashboards → C-level conversation without blinking Knows that a chart is useless if it doesn’t change behaviour Is as comfortable leading a workshop as fixing a broken report Thinks in impact, not output

Your Toolbox Advanced BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik (or similar) Strong Excel + curiosity for AI-powered analytics Fluent English (bonus points for Spanish or French) Elite communication skills - you simplify the complex Sharp analytical thinking + ability to juggle multiple priorities
