As our new Marine Automation & Controls Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of monitoring, control, and automation systems installed on some of the most prestigious vessels in the marine industry. You will be the technical bridge between our customers, boat designers, and internal teams — ensuring that every project is delivered with excellence. You’ll join a dynamic Technical Support team where collaboration, innovation, and customer focus drive everything we do.**What you’ll do*** Design, program, and commission monitoring and automation systems for client vessels.* Develop software using Codesys, Maretron, and Empirebus platforms.* Create intuitive Human–Machine Interfaces for advanced systems.* Advise boat designers and support sales in technical discussions.* Translate customer needs into Raymarine system specifications.* Maintain strong customer relationships throughout each project cycle.* Diagnose and resolve technical issues on installed systems.* Support post‑sales service and provide expertise on Raymarine/FLIR products.* Participate in trade shows and promotional events.**What you need*** Skills in PLC programming and interface development* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities* Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams* Experience with marine electrical/electronic systems* Experience in graphics creation for user interfaces* Education in electrical/electronic engineering or similar* English language proficiency* Ability to travel within the country and occasionally within Europe**What we offer*** A friendly, young, and innovation‑driven culture.* The opportunity to work for a global leader with 50+ years of experience.* A collaborative environment that values creativity, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.* Competitive compensation aligned with the role’s responsibilities.**What happens next**When applying, make it easy for yourself.
