Why This Role is Right for You As a Data Protection Compliance Officer you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work on all the projects having impacts on data protection, including the most important projects across all business areas. About your future role In this position, you will:

Perform Gap Analysis and Compliance Assessment, regarding Data Protection regulations, and propose organizational and procedural changes aimed at ensuring that identified non-compliance risks are adequately addressed; participate in projects for the development of new products and services, evaluating non-compliance risks, suggesting measures consistent with external and internal regulations, and following subsequent follow-up activities; Supporting the business to ensure compliance of routine activities and business projects with a privacy by design perspective; Review of the contracts (i.e. Data Protection Agreements); Providing opinions on data protection matters; Operational support for activities related to Data Protection regulations (e.g. keeping of the Register of Processing Activities; execution of DPIAs; incident and/or Data Breach management; management of Data Subject requests); Prepare direct information flows directed to the Corporate Bodies, Directions and other Control Functions of the Company.

What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications

Master’s degree in Law or similar disciplines; Very good knowledge of data protection legislation and experience in managing security measures applicable to personal data processing; at least 3/5 years’ experience in complex organisational contexts, preferably in finance, or in leading consultancy companies; Analytical and synthesis skills; Result orientation and problem solving attitude; Autonomy in the management of activities and strong organizational and planning skills; Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, Level B2 +; Team player, able to lead as well as learn, ask as well as answer.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in Compliance / Audit activities on Privacy and ICT regulations Experience in banking or FinTech organizations in multinational context interest in the fields of innovation, digitalisation and IT;
