For Marelli Electronics Business, we're looking for a Sales Planning & Business Intelligence Specialist.

Responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing the sales plan for the Electronics division, the Sales Planning Specialist supports the achievement of sales targets by forecasting demand, coordinating resources, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain sales forecasts and planning models based on market analysis, historical sales data, and input from sales and marketing teams.
Analyze sales results and market trends to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities and report findings to management.
Coordinate the creation and execution of sales action plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure synchronized planning and resource allocation.
Prepare periodic sales planning presentations, reports, and dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; English proficiency.
