For our Global headquarter in Milan offices we are searching for a

People/HR trainee

Reporting to the People Vice President, the selected candidate will mainly support the recruiting processes and contribute to broader HR activities at an international level.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

Recruiting Support:

Drafting and posting Job Descriptions Managing job postings across recruitment channels Collecting and screening CVs Scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers Reviewing and correcting assessment tests Collecting and organizing evaluation matrix

People/ HR Support Activities:

Gathering information from different countries for internal newsletters Supporting the organization and tracking of training activities Assisting in the organization of engagement initiatives and internal events

Skills and experiences:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business, Humanities, or related fields) Fluent in English (written and spoken) Good knowledge of Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Previous (even minimal) experience in recruiting is a plus Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions
