This role will be instrumental in driving online growth, optimizing the digital shelf, and ensuring operational excellence across all marketplace activities.You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, operations, and digital marketing, acting as the key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the Amazon strategy, driving sustainable growthOwn sales forecasting and performance tracking, ensuring accurate planning and delivery against targets.Optimize product content, storefronts, and the full path-to-purchase, including product uploads and listing quality.Improve and streamline operational processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability across regions.Act as the main point of contact for agencies and Amazon stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment.Manage and resolve trademark and Brand Registry-related topics, safeguarding brand integrity.Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, including:Advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads)Logistics coordination and issue resolutionTicketing management and platform troubleshootingA+ Content and Storefront creationEnsure inventory availability and stock continuity, minimizing disruptions and maximizing sales opportunities.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.Lead periodic business reviews, identifying growth opportunities and driving continuous improvement.What we are looking forProven experience in marketplace management, with a strong focus on Amazon (Vendor/Seller Central).Solid understanding of Amazon ecosystem, including advertising, SEO, content optimization, and operations.A strong background in an agency environment.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including agencies and external partners.Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with a data-driven mindset.Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.Excellent organizational and project management skills.What we offerCompetitive salary + variable bonus.A high-impact role with global responsibility.Opportunity to shape and scale marketplace strategy in a growing organization. xdwybme Dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
