Permanent About the Role We are seeking a Systems / Workplace Engineer to join a dynamic IT environment supporting enterprise users and infrastructure. This role focuses on managing modern workplace technologies across Microsoft 365 and endpoint management platforms, with a strong emphasis on Intune and device management across Windows, iOS, and macOS. You will act as a technical point of contact, working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and reliable system performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments, including Intune and MDM across Windows, iOS, and macOS Administer and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD environments Configure and support Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams Implement and manage device enrollment, configuration, and security policies (iOS/macOS) Provide technical support to end users and act as a key point of contact Troubleshoot system, device, and workplace-related issues Support device deployment, imaging, and basic networking tasks Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and high-quality service delivery Use PowerShell for administration and automation where applicable Requirements Must Haves: Advanced iOS/iPadOS knowledge (enrollment, app distribution, managed configuration, Apple Business Manager) Advanced macOS management (security profiles, workplace configurations, Intune) Experience with enterprise video conferencing systems Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 deployment, imaging, and basic networking Experience supporting users in complex corporate environments Nice to Haves: Strong operational experience with Microsoft Intune and MDM (Windows, iOS, macOS) Microsoft 365 administration experience xpavfwm Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams Active Directory / Azure AD administration experience PowerShell for administration and automation Strong customer-facing and communication skills Languages: Italian and English What’s on Offer Opportunity to work with modern Microsoft workplace technologies in an enterprise environment Hybrid working model with onsite interaction as required Exposure to complex IT environments and enterprise-scale systems Structured environment with opportunities for professional growth Collaborative working environment
