Junior Engineer, Service Provisioning

is a key member of technical design of solutions for customers within Provisioning department, who manages the End To End process related to service fulfillment, from the feasibility till the delivery of the services.

Key Tasks: Technical design of network solutions for national & international customers (technical and economic feasibility); Project Management of activation, change and deactivation orders; Point of contact for communications and relationship with customers/Order Mgmt and suppliers for technical aspects; Support Delivery Team during the test activities in the delivery process; Monitoring of performance of suppliers according to SLAs and commitment defined in the feasibility phase.

Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; Knowledge of the main architectures of optical transport networks; Knowledge of the main architectures and routing mechanisms of Level II and Level III networks; Knowledge of the different types of access networks (fiber, copper, radio, satellite); Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and teamwork skills; Strong communication skills for clients and suppliers; Proven ability to multi-task and results driven approach in a fast-paced environment; Languages: English (written and spoken) Tools: MS Office.
