Responsibilities

Serve as the commercial interface for after-sales value-added products to customers and front-end SPP, identifying explicit and implicit customer service needs, and leading the negotiation and drafting of service agreements. Collaborate with service solutions, legal, finance, QA, and other departments to develop service solutions, terms, and corresponding OPEX costs that meet customer requirements, maximizing the probability of bidding success. Monitor the overall development trend of service-related products in the responsible region, identify new business opportunities, research new profit models, and formulate long-term development strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, business, or related fields; a background in new energy, battery energy storage O& M is preferred. 2+ years of experience in the new energy or energy storage industry; sales experience is a plus. Fluent in English, capable of conducting in-depth business communication independently; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus. Resilient and perseverant, willing to tackle challenges; strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with support departments.
