As a

Sales Operation Specialist , you’ll be the backbone of smooth project delivery, ensuring every solar solution reaches customers efficiently and flawlessly. Your work will directly support the growth of renewable energy across Europe.

What You’ll Do:

Manage contract execution and sales order processes Coordinate between HQ and local teams for seamless delivery Handle customer communications on delivery, invoicing, and payments Prepare reports on shipments, forecasts, and performance Issue commercial invoices and monitor payment flows Oversee credit insurance and mitigate payment risks Collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence

What You Bring:

Experience the solar/energy sector (a big plus!) Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and logistics Familiarity with invoicing and shipping processes Strong communication and analytical skills Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Basic understanding of Italian business administration
